Pinnacle Partners Agency is looking for driven, coachable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing life insurance sales team.

As a Life Insurance Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their financial protection needs, educate them on available life insurance solutions, build relationships, and help families put meaningful protection in place.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is motivated by personal growth, income potential, and measurable results. Success requires consistency, prospecting, follow-up, resilience, and a willingness to be coached.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
