Duties

• Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage in client communication to assess insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend suitable coverage plans.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet regulatory standards.
• Manage sales administration tasks by maintaining accurate records within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and processing policy applications efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ongoing follow-up, and personalized benefits administration support.
• Stay informed about insurance regulation updates, product knowledge—including health, life, property, and casualty insurance—and industry best practices to ensure compliance and expert advice.
• Analyze client data to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop tailored insurance packages that maximize client satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate policy benefits and address client concerns.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for sales tracking and documentation.
• Deep understanding of insurance products including health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships through active listening and personalized support.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales processes.
• Analysis skills to interpret client data for strategic decision-making and tailored coverage solutions.

Pay: $64,457.46 - $77,626.19 per year
