The opportunity

Brightway Insurance — The Bonita Springs and Kassar Agencies — gives our agents something captive shops can't: access to all the top-rated carriers. If you're a proven salesperson who's tired of losing deals because your one carrier won't write the risk, this is your seat. More carriers means more quotes turn into bound policies, and more bound policies means more commission in your pocket.

What you'll do

• Quote and sell personal lines policies across Home, Flood, Auto, and Umbrella
• Service existing clients: renewals, endorsements, billing questions, claims support
• Follow up on inbound quote requests and turn them into bound policies
• Cross-sell additional lines to round out client accounts

What you need

• Active Florida 2-20 license — required
• Personal lines experience preferred, but motivated newer agents will be considered
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking with clients by phone and email
• Organized, self-driven and eager to sell

• Base pay + commission structure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
