Insurance Agent / Licensed Insurance Producer

We are hiring a licensed insurance professional for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. This role is a good fit for candidates with experience in personal lines, commercial lines, life, health, customer service, sales, account management, or insurance support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience + commission opportunities
Work Options: In-office, hybrid, or remote depending on experience and fit
Start: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with insurance policies, coverage options, renewals, and policy changes
• Prepare quotes and process new business
• Follow up with current and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records
• Provide professional service by phone, email, and in person
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow agency procedures and insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Active insurance license preferred/required based on position
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not always required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable with sales, follow-up, and relationship building
• Basic computer and data-entry skills

Licensed agents from multiple insurance backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and related insurance experience.

Pay: $49,700.00 - $69,900.00 per year
