Customer Service Representative / Insurance Agent Trainee (Bilingual – Español/Inglés)

Pay: $15–$20 per hour + bonuses (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing insurance agency. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, learns quickly, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry (Homeowners, Auto, GL, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotes for Auto, Homeowners, and other insurance products.
• Process payments, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work with carrier systems (Progressive, Geico, etc.).
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate availability.
• PLUS: Insurance experience, 4-40 or 2-20 license, or experience in sales/customer service.
