Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Rajasthan, India. The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection and savings needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, explaining policy features, preparing proposals, and completing required documentation. The role also involves supporting customers through the application process, assisting with claims and policy servicing, and maintaining long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. The Insurance Agent will work closely with branch teams to meet sales targets, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of Insurance products.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and related regulatory and compliance standards.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including basic financial planning and analytical abilities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and resolve issues effectively.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in life insurance or financial services, familiarity with the local market in Rajasthan, and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work to targets, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant local languages and English.
