Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to policy renewals, coverages, policy adjustments, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success daily.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Actively engage in sales administration tasks to support insurance sales processes.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with clients and provide them with tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements

• 2-20 License in the State of Florida
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting clients' needs.
• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Dependable and reliable with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.
• Proficient computer skills and typing accuracy for data entry tasks.
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages, is a plus.
