Position Overview

As a Financial Services Representative, you will work with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs, explain available solutions, and help them make informed decisions.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop professionally, learn the financial services industry, and work toward meaningful financial and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals and families about financial protection options.
• Educate clients about life insurance and other financial solutions.
• Build professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Maintain organized client information and follow up with prospective clients.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Obtain and maintain any required state insurance licenses. (If you do not already have your license, we will help you obtain one)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and motivated.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous sales, customer service, or financial services experience is helpful but not required.
