Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, coachable, and ambitious individuals interested in learning about the financial services industry and building their own business within PHP Agency.

No previous financial services or insurance experience is required. New associates receive training, mentorship, and support as they work toward becoming licensed and developing the skills needed to serve clients.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of life insurance and financial services
• Complete required training and work toward obtaining a life insurance license
• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial needs and goals
• Educate clients about available financial and insurance solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop communication, sales, leadership, and business-building skills
• Attend team trainings, meetings, and professional development sessions
• Build your own client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Have the opportunity to recruit, train, and mentor other associates as you advance

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
