What Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients about their insurance options and recommend the right coverage.
• Manage insurance sales, payments, renewals, and policy modifications.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and perform daily office tasks.
• Contribute positively to a high-energy, goal-driven team atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Motivated, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Valid work authorization and dependable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Availability: Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM; Sundays off.
• Willingness to pursue a Personal Lines Insurance License (we’ll assist you).
• A background check will be required for licensing.

Salary: Between $50,000 and $80,000 annually (includes possible commissions and is performance-based). Quarterly hourly increase based on performance.
