Job Overview

As an Insurance Agent, you’ll help individuals understand their coverage options and choose the right coverage that fit their needs. You’ll build lasting client relationships through responsive service, clear communication, and thoughtful follow-up. This role combines insurance sales, customer service, and sales administration. With the resources, training, and tools provided, you’ll be equipped to educate and support clients as they work toward their financial goals. You’ll help clients better understand their financial options and make informed decisions that can contribute to a more secure financial future.

Duties

• Identify prospective clients through outside sales and marketing activities; assess needs and explain suitable coverage.
• Prepare quotes, discuss policy terms and support applications, renewals, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up tasks in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Analyze client information, respond to questions, and provide timely client communication throughout the sales and service process.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and privacy requirements (HIPAA), when handling protected information.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, customer relationship building, and a customer-focused approach to service and sales.
• Analysis, negotiation, and organizational skills; comfort managing client details and sales administration.
• Knowledge of life insurance sales.
• CRM system proficiency.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome and can support communication with a broader range of clients.
• Must have an active life insurance license.
• Clean background-No criminal record.
• Experience at setting up appointments
• Great skills in prospecting for clients
• Must be motivated and outgoing

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
