I’m Talia Baca, the Agency Owner, and I’m passionate about helping motivated individuals build careers they’re proud of. I’m committed to mentoring and developing future agency owners through hands-on training, coaching, and real-world experience.

We can teach you insurance. What we can’t teach is drive, work ethic, ambition, and the desire to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with potential clients through calls, referrals, social media, and networking
• Build relationships and provide personalized insurance solutions
• Help clients protect what matters most with Auto, Home, Life & Business Insurance
• Build your own book of business and develop your sales skills
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and mentorship
• Develop leadership and business skills with the goal of future agency ownership

Compensation

$40,000–$70,000+ per year
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
