What You'll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of insurance and financial services
• Work with clients to understand their financial protection needs and goals
• Develop strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Learn effective business development and client outreach strategies
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Work toward obtaining the appropriate state insurance license, with licensing assistance available to qualified candidates
• Develop the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful long-term career in the industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable building relationships and working with clients
• Customer service, sales, education, healthcare, or other client-facing experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your time and schedule
• Professional, coachable, and open to feedback

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to obtain s state life insurance license
• Reliable internet and phone access
