Insurance Associate

Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Associate role at CORPORACIÓN GENSLAB focuses on supporting clients with their insurance needs and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing insurance requirements, assisting with policy quotes and renewals, and supporting insurance brokerage activities. The Insurance Associate will respond to client inquiries, provide clear information on coverage options, and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with finance teams on billing and payments, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage concepts, including policy structures and basic risk assessment.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
• Foundational understanding of Finance as it relates to premiums, invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and policy management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools; familiarity with insurance or CRM systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services is preferred; relevant education or certification is an advantage.
