Insurance Associate

Brightwater have exclusively partnered with a global financial services group that continue to expand their presence in Dublin.

They are now looking for a 10+ insurance associates as the scale operations. Really exciting time to join a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone
• Find practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborate with a team of committed professionals working toward shared goals
• Show leadership potential with a view to future progression
• Support and coach team members to help build a strong, high-performing team
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling member requests, researching queries, and resolving disputes efficiently
• Build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions
• Proactively identify and recommend suitable insurance products to meet member needs

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service or insurance
• Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment (preferred but not essential)
• Experience multitasking in a Windows environment
• Excellent business English skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Ideally a graduate or postgraduate
• Possess or be working towards APA or CIP qualifications
