Insurance Associate – Mechanicsburg, PA

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with personal and commercial insurance needs (home, auto, and business policies)
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy features
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing client base and referrals
• Use our modern quoting tools to help bind and service policies
• Maintain accurate client records and stay compliant with licensing requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated to learn and grow in a professional setting
• Licensed insurance agents are preferred—but not required. We will help the right candidate get licensed
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
