Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance needs by providing expert advice and tailored solutions. You will leverage your sales skills and market knowledge to negotiate the best coverage options for clients while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. Uncapped income.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Must have a driver license
• Must have a reliable car
• Willing to be trained on proven platform
• Willingness to obtain life insurance license/can already have life insurance license

Responsibilities

• Face to face meetings with clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance options.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide ongoing support and benefits administration for clients after the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details through effective sales administration.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Proficiency in benefits administration and understanding of various insurance products.
• Would like, but not necessary; sales experience, particularly in insurance sales or related fields.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients.
• Experience in sales administration processes is a plus.
• Experience in outside sales is beneficial for expanding client reach.
