Insurance Broker

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details clearly.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance processes.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy servicing.
• Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.

Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred.

• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

• 03 years in insurance sales, BFSI sales, or direct selling.

• Experience of 1-2 years is preferable.

• Experience in cold calling and field sales is a plus.
