Insurance Business Analyst/Project Manager

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join one of our biggest Insurance Client. As a Business Analyst/PM, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes within our client on a Core Insurance Transformation Program. What you'll be doing

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders
• Designing innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and test new systems and processes
• Providing ongoing support and continuous improvement to existing systems and applications
• Communicating effectively with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Mentoring and training junior business analysts to support their professional development

What we're looking for

• 5-8+ years of experience in a business analyst/PM role
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, or computer science
