What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting
- Possess relevant competency training certificates related to insurance claims, healthcare administration, or a similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in managing insurance claims or related functions within a hospital setting is highly preferred
- Good understanding and knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, terms, and applicable regulations
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with active proficiency in English, both written and spoken
