🔍 What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Claim Advisor Level 2 to manage Motor and Home Property claims from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of your claims portfolio, using your judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for our customers.

📍 This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin.

✨ Key responsibilities:

• Manage claims from first notification through to settlement
• Apply technical knowledge and sound judgment to make fair decisions
• Work with internal teams and external experts to progress claims efficiently
• Support the resolution of escalated or complex cases
• Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey
• Working hours 37.5 per week

• APA qualified
• Expereince in Insurance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A detail-oriented, organised approach to managing tasks
• A team player who takes ownership and responsibility
• A focus on doing what’s right for the customer and the business
