INSURANCE CLAIMS COORDINATOR

Insurance Claims Coordinator support the BP Reception in assisting and facilitating the customer for insurance claims documetnations to in-house insurance companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives and attends to all our customers/claimants
• Timely and accurate submission of Documents to Insurance Compnaies
• Updates customer regarding their insurance claims and status of repair
• Monitoring of claims documentation (Issuance of LOA including pending LOA's)
• Ensures Zero Incidence of concerns
• Ensure compliance to company's policie and procedures
• Timely and accurate information of all reports
• 100% performance to achieve Monthly Total Unit Received and Target
• Reviews and validate the correctness and completeness of the requirements received
• Performs any other reasonable request or work task as allocated by the Department Manager and other Senior Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and thinking skills
• Computer literate and keen to details

Requirements

• Candidate must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 6 months working experience in insurance claims

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
