What they need
Responsible for managing relationships and services for insurance patients (individual) and ensuring a seamless patient experience through coordination with internal hospital stakeholders and external insurance partners
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospital (experienced in insurance/corporate/third-party payer handling)
- Understands insurance patient flow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination skills, target-oriented with high drive
- Willing to be placed at any of the three RS Pondok Indah Group hospitals.
