Uraian Tugas

Responsible for managing relationships and services for insurance patients (individual) and ensuring a seamless patient experience through coordination with internal hospital stakeholders and external insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments (admission, billing, medical) to ensure smooth service for insurance patients.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and agencies act as liaison between hospital and insurance.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development for partnership expansion.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data.
• Monitor and evaluate insurance services, support achievement of partnership and targets.

Syarat & Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital (experienced in insurance/corporate/third-party payer handling).
• Understands insurance patient flow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination skills, target-oriented with high drive.
