Role Description The Insurance Consultant at Bajaj Life will provide remote advisory support to prospective and existing customers, helping them understand and select appropriate life insurance and investment products based on their financial goals and risk profile. This part-time role involves conducting needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits in clear terms, assisting with policy applications, and guiding customers through digital tools and service channels. The consultant will respond to queries, support policy servicing requests, and ensure a positive customer experience aligned with Bajaj Life’s standards. Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following regulatory and compliance guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues. The role is remote, requiring reliable connectivity and the ability to work independently while meeting performance and service targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and a strong understanding of life insurance products and concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and basic financial planning to interpret customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
