A day in life

• Be the trusted voice for our customers, helping them find the right solutions and delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners while creating moments that make a real difference.
• Take ownership of the customer journey, solving problems, managing enquiries, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
• Spot opportunities to protect what matters most, recommending products and solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, share ideas, embrace innovation, and help shape better experiences for our customers.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry preferred
• Frontline or contact centre experience
• Previous experience in sales and service delivery roles would be an advantage. Team player and able to work under pressure
• A confident communicator who builds strong relationships, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and solves problems with empathy and professionalism.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, a technology-savvy mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
