Insurance Coordinator

Magrabi Health is seeking a Medical Coordination Officer to support our Medical Insurance operations by coordinating insurance approvals, managing claims submissions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare insurance regulations and company standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background, strong communication skills, and experience working with medical insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical insurance approvals for procedures and healthcare services.
• Liaise with insurance companies to obtain timely authorization approvals.
• Review and process medical claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify medical documentation and insurance requirements before submission.
• Follow up on rejected claims and coordinate resubmissions.
• Work closely with physicians, clinics, finance, and insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with CHI regulations, NPHIES requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to approvals and claims activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare-related degree preferred).
• Nursing background is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in Medical Insurance, Medical Coordination, RCM, or Claims Management.
• Good knowledge of Saudi health insurance regulations and CHI requirements.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems.
