What they need
What you'll be doing
- Prepares insurance quotation for clients.
- Prepares relevant correspondence.
- Gives clients a call to inform and encourage them to renew their insurance.
- Follow-up calls with client having insufficient payments for insurance premium.
- Monitors new and renewal businesses.
- Performs on the spot explanation for the new business as well as makes follow-up calls to explain the contents of the policies for a more personalized service.
What we're looking for
- College Graduate of any Course
- Wide knowledge on claims procedure and insurance coverage
- has automotive experience with documentation handling
- Strong organizational, follow-up and Customer Service communication skills
- Attention to detail
