What they need
Prior Authorizations & Approvals
Review medical records, diagnostic reports, and doctor notes to submit timely prior-authorization requests through insurance portals.
Follow up with insurance providers to resolve pending approvals, requests for additional information (RFIs), or immediate medical peer reviews.
Communicate approval statuses clearly to clinical teams, patient relation desks, and patients.
Medical Coding & Claims Submission
- Apply accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and local regulatory codes (DHA-EClaim / DOH / MOHAP- Riyati) to patient files and encounters.
- Prepare, audit, and batch electronic claims daily for clean submission via e-Claim platforms (Shafafiya / Riayati / e-Claim portals).
- Verify patient eligibility, coverage networks, co-payments, deductibles, and pre-existing condition terms prior to consultation or procedure.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
