Insurance Coverage Associate

Position :Insurance Coverage Associate

Location: Boston, MA (Position may also be based in Miami, Richmond, Washington, DC, or New York)

Experience Required:

• 2–5 years of insurance coverage experience
• Experience representing policyholders or insurers
• Prior litigation experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on first- and third-party insurance coverage matters
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies
• Handle insurance coverage litigation and related disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and client communications
• Work directly with clients on complex insurance coverage matters
• Participate in pro bono matters and maintain a strong client service focus

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation
• Leadership, initiative, and client management skills
• Admission in the applicable jurisdiction preferred; required within one year of joining the firm

Pay: $54,940.49 - $66,164.89 per year

Work Location: In person
