Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney – Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation

Location: Remote (U.S.) Barred in California

Salary: $200,000–$260,000 annually + Performance Bonuses

Billables : 1800 hours annually

We are partnering with a well-established law firm with a nationally recognized insurance and reinsurance practice to recruit experienced Insurance Coverage Attorneys.

This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation team handling sophisticated commercial insurance disputes for major insurers and reinsurers. The practice is recognized in the Chambers USA 2026 Guide for its work in insurer-side insurance dispute resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in insurance coverage and insurance litigation.
• Demonstrated experience representing insurers or reinsurers in defense-side litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage disputes, and complex commercial litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 and $260,000 . Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
