Duties

• Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, policy renewals, or marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy details, and service requests using sales administration tools
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Support sales efforts by promoting additional insurance products aligned with customer needs through telemarketing techniques
• Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased sales effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or retail sales with a focus on insurance sales preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or other languages are highly advantageous
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ability to handle negotiations confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with outside sales or marketing strategies is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment
