• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy updates to ensure complete satisfaction
• Conduct analysis of customer information to recommend appropriate coverage options and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using sales administration tools
• Collaborate with team members to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and product improvements
• Support marketing efforts by informing clients about new services or promotions that meet their needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles with a focus on insurance sales or related fields
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred) to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Excellent negotiation abilities combined with persuasive marketing techniques to close sales confidently
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions and follow-ups
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a broader audience
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
