Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, claims processing, and account updates.
• Promote insurance products by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions to enhance their coverage.
• Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential clients, leveraging analysis skills to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using sales administration tools.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop marketing strategies that increase client engagement.
• Support bilingual customers by providing services in Spanish or other multilingual capabilities to broaden outreach.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service roles within the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
• Familiarity with sales processes, including outside sales techniques and sales administration practices.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a virtual environment.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales roles that required analysis skills and customer engagement is a plus.
