About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who's comfortable wearing two hats: taking great care of our existing policyholders while also actively identifying and closing opportunities to grow their coverage and bring in new business. This isn't a pure service role — you'll be expected to hit both service quality standards and production goals.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Service (Primary)

Handle inbound client calls, emails, and messages regarding policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries

Process endorsements, payments, and documentation requests accurately and promptly

Support claims-related questions and guide clients through next steps

Maintain accurate client records in AgencyZoom (CRM)

Proactively reach out to clients ahead of renewals to review coverage

Sales (Required)

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during every client interaction (auto, home, life, umbrella, etc.)

Meet monthly quoting and closing targets on rounding out accounts

Follow up on referrals and warm leads generated from the service book

Participate in outbound campaigns as needed (renewal reviews, win-back calls)

Accurately quote and present coverage options, tailoring recommendations to client needs
