Insurance Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

The Peeples Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a 4-40 license to join our team in our Margate location. If you are not licensed, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and obtain license. We are a very busy agency and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will love working in our office. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding policy renewals, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Servicing new business files in order to maintain policies- sending trailing documents to the insurance carriers, collecting payments, requesting required documents

Requirements for Customer Service Representative duties are preferred but will train the right candidate.
