Access Insurance Underwriter, LLC is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative who can speak both English and Spanish fluently to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions and requests.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and company procedures.
• Work closely with agents and other team members to ensure outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home, personal or commercial insurance as customer service, or any customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
