Service First Insurance Agency is a growing independent insurance agency looking for an experienced, friendly, and detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to help provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist clients with their everyday insurance needs, including:

• Policy changes and endorsements
• Answering customer questions
• Taking payments
• Assisting customers with claims
• Preparing and stamping Massachusetts RTA forms
• Registry-related insurance transactions
• Processing lender and mortgagee requests
• Issuing insurance documents and evidence of insurance
• Communicating with insurance carriers
• Providing excellent customer service by phone, email, and text

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License
• Previous insurance agency experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
