Insurance Customer Service Representative License

We are a busy Melbourne independent insurance agency that is seeking a licensed 4-40 for front desk. Responsibilities includes, but not limited to, taking payments, policy processing, checking on cancellations and renewals, policy retention, interacting with various companies via the internet or phone, answering customer service questions, handling endorsements and follow ups with clients and insurance companies.

This person should be organized, be able to prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail as well as the ability solve involved problems. Knowledge of the internet, accessing many different company websites and navigating them is important. Also, you must possess a working knowledge of Word and the basics of Excel and needs to be able to handle various activities at one time efficiently.

A 4-40 license is required.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
