Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ years of experience in any International Insurance process
Good understanding of insurance operations, claims, policy servicing, or underwriting
Strong communication and analytical skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Ready to work from the Phursungi location
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance-related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Review and validate insurance documents and policy details
- Handle claims and policy servicing activities
- Maintain process quality and meet client SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
