INSURANCE EXECUTIVE

• Verify patient insurance coverage, policy terms, and eligibility.
• Coordinate with TPAs / Insurance companies for approvals, queries, and documentation.
• Process cashless admission, pre-authorization, and update departments accordingly.
• Prepare and submit final bills, discharge summaries, and required documents for claims.
• Follow up on pending approvals, enhancements, and claim settlements.
• Maintain TPA desk records, patient files, and daily MIS reports.
• Support patients with insurance-related queries and ensure smooth admission–discharge flow.
• Work closely with billing, admission, and medical teams for timely clearance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
• Build good coordination with external TPA representatives for seamless processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
