Key Responsibilities

• Claim Processing: Evaluate cashless and reimbursement claims for accuracy, validity, and completeness.
• Document Verification: Check patient insurance policies, hospital bills, and medical records against coverage terms.
• Coordination: Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and insurers to resolve discrepancies or missing details.
• Fraud Detection: Identify suspicious patterns or irregularities in medical bills to prevent fraudulent payouts.
• Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding claim statuses, approvals, or rejections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; backgrounds in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy (Any Degree), or hospital administration are often preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic medical terminology, health insurance policies, and hospital billing systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry, TPA software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
