Responsibilities

Acquire fresh clients utilizing outbound cold calling, prospect tracking, and marketing initiatives.

Nurture and expand an established book of business, covering consumer questions, policy updates, and routine communication.

Coordinate with buyers and insurance carriers regarding pricing estimates, enrollment forms, paperwork, and broader coverage topics.

Oversee automotive policy administration and ensure client records remain clean and up to date.

Drive sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

Deliver expert and highly responsive support to both organizational teams and outside clientele.

Help out with unscheduled sales, marketing, and corporate initiatives.

Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirements

Full suite of General Insurance (GI) certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) (Optional).

Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an added advantage.

Possess a strong sales focus, proactive mindset, and goal-driven work ethic.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good team player with the ability to work independently.

Maintain a constructive outlook, eagerness to pick up new skills, and a self-starting nature.

Working Arrangement

Working Days: 5 days per week

Company Transport: Pick-up available at Bishan MRT / Jurong East MRT
