Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Assistance: Renewing car insurance policies for walk-in or existing customers and addressing inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Preparing insurance quotations and applications, processing paperwork, and managing records.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between customers, sales staff, and insurance agents.
- Data Management: Updating customer information in the company database and ensuring accurate documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good customer service communication.
