Job Description:

• Assist in processing insurance applications and documentation.
• Support customer inquiries and policy-related matters.
• Maintain and update client records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks.
• Verify patients’ insurance coverage and eligibility before treatment
• Assist patients with insurance registration and documentation
• Managing claim approvals, tracking, and follow-ups
• Familiar with the use of Excel / data entry systems
• Ensuring accuracy in claims, billing, and records

Requirements:
✅ Diploma/Degree students in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
✅ Able to work independently and in a team.
