Insurance Manager

· Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance business and revenue.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's insurance portfolio.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance business targets.

· Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other business partners.

· Coordinate with insurance partners regarding policy issuance, renewals, claims, commission payments, and customer service.

· Negotiate commercial terms and explore opportunities for new insurance partnerships.

· Ensure timely resolution of issues related to policy processing and claims.

· Coordinate with branch managers and sales teams to generate insurance business.

· Provide product training, sales guidance, and operational support to branch employees.

· Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective measures wherever required.

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly insurance business reports.

· Track premium collection, policy issuance, renewal rates, revenue, and branch-wise performance.

· Monitor commission receivables and reconcile payments with insurance partners.

· Analyse business trends and recommend measures to improve performance.

· Ensure proper communication of insurance product features, benefits, exclusions, and terms to customers.

· Support customers and branches in policy servicing, renewals, and claims coordination.

· Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

· Ensure that insurance business activities comply with applicable IRDAI regulations and company policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 3 years (Required)
