Insurance Manger

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors, and ensuring the smooth processing of insurance cases in the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle insurance claims and ensure timely claim settlement.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and service advisors.
• Prepare and verify insurance claim documents and repair estimates.
• Ensure timely survey approvals and repair authorizations.
• Follow up on pending claims and outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper records of insurance claims, approvals, and settlements.
• Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claim procedures.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle repair processes.
• Monitor insurance claim performance and resolve claim-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in automobile service or insurance claims is preferred.

LOCATION - JALANDHAR / HOSHIARPUR BOTH

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
