Insurance Officer (Basic + Incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling motor insurance enquiries from customers and insurers
• Support the preparation of quotations using insurers’ online portals
• Assist with policy issuance and endorsements
• Follow up on documents and payments from insured parties
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the internal database
• Coordinate with team members and insurers on daily operational matters
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company or Head of Department

🏆 Requirements

• Minimum qualification: “O” Level / Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College / NITEC or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or administrative roles (training provided)
• Basic proficiency in English to communicate with customers and insurers
• Willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
• Candidates with Certificate of General Insurance will be at an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with positive attitude are welcome to apply
