Insurance Operation Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an Insurance Operation Analyst to support our insurance operations by ensuring accurate claim documentation, timely claim processing, and effective coordination with insurance providers and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent administrative skills to ensure smooth insurance claim operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of patients' insurance claim documents.
• Manage, organize, and distribute insurance claim files (physical and digital).
• Upload claim documents to insurance portals and maintain accurate claim records.
• Monitor claim status and follow up to ensure timely claim processing and payment.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Prepare reports and maintain insurance claim documentation.
• Support insurance training sessions and communicate policy updates to clinic teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims administration, or a related role.
• Experience handling insurance claims, preferably in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare provider.
• Good understanding of insurance claim processes and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and administrative systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends.
