Insurance Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries and incoming requests via phone, emails, and messages.
• Approach various insurers on clients' cases through emails, calls, and messages.
• Input submitted information into Excel files to calculate insurance costs.
• Communicate with insurers via email on insurance requirements and reply quotation terms to clients.
• Assess client needs by evaluating insurance requirements, reviewing documents, and clarifying details with clients (Who, What, When, Why).
• Handle policy administration, including documentation and invoice creation.
• Support clients by keeping track of renewals and assisting with claims.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Friendly and engaging communication style that aligns with our brand.
• Enjoy simplifying processes for providers and internal teams.
• Curious, feedback-driven, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
